Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Neither TOUCH Community Services, its subsidiaries, sponsors or suppliers will be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury whatsoever directly or indirectly occasioned by or resulting from the negligence, wrongful act or default of TOUCH Family Festival, its sponsors and suppliers or their respective servants or agents or from any other cause, including any act of God or the physical condition of the Participant.
   
   
2. 2. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these Rules & Regulations and/or Terms & Conditions from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of these provisions, the Organiser shall be the authority to interpret and in so doing, they will take into account the interests of all the affected Participants. Any amendments to these Rules & Regulations and/or Terms & Conditions will be updated on the Official Website.
   
   
3. 3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the TOUCH Family Festival Games and Activities / routes as they deem fit for the safety of the Participant and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time without prior notice to the Participant. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the Participant prior to the date of the event. The Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.
   
   
4. 4. Whilst reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organiser to ensure the Participants’ safety, Participants take part in TOUCH Family Festival at their own risk and the Organiser will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for or during participation in TOUCH Family Festival. Participants are strongly encouraged to consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.
   
   
5. 5. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules & Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.
   
   
6. 6. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising.
